Earlier this week, we received word from SEC staff that the investigation they opened into Hiro and the Stacks blockchain is being closed without any action.

Hiro PBC (formerly Blockstack PBC) builds developer tools for the Stacks Ecosystem. The company was founded in 2013 by Muneeb Ali and Ryan Shea to develop the core protocols that underlie the current Stacks blockchain.
